Ensuring that your Gelato is delivered to you in perfect condition is hugely important to us. We are only happy when you are.

Where do we deliver?
We deliver to the whole of the UK excluding the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the northernmost areas of Scotland.
When do we deliver?
We deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays. You will need to place your order with us by 12pm on the day before your scheduled for delivery.
Will I receive any order confirmation?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email order confirmation from Fine Italian Desserts.
Payment for orders
Your order is accepted, and payment is taken at the time of the order being placed online.
Minimum order quantity
Minimum order for each flavour variant is 2 x 2.5L tubs. The minimum total online order quantity is 4 x 2 x 2.5L units.
Dispatch address
Please ensure your address and postcode details are correct at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any orders not received due to inaccurate address information or where the address cannot be accessed.
Will I receive any delivery notification?
On the day prior to your delivery, you will receive a text and email notification confirming that your order has been dispatched, together with a tracking number.
On the day of delivery, you will receive an estimated time of delivery along with a tracking number. You will be able to track using your delivery using this number.
What is my order is delayed?
In the event that your delivery is delayed, you will receive an update notification by text or email.
Once delivery has been made, you will receive a confirmation by text or email.
How will my order be packed?
Your delivery will be made in an insulated box containing dry ice (which will remain frozen for over 36 hours from the time of dispatch.)
We would advise that you store the product in the freezer immediately upon receipt.
